Sube Terms of Service

Welcome to Sube! By using the Sube app ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Sube.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and can enter into a legally binding agreement.

2. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• You retain ownership of your content, but grant Sube a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it within the app.
• Content must not violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or be offensive, harmful, or illegal.
• Sube reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and its consequences.

4. AI Features

• Any AI-powered analysis or recommendations are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.
• You agree not to use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Paid Services, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Sube may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the payment provider's policies.
• Unauthorized transactions or disputes should be reported to service@sube.club promptly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Sube for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the app infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Sube is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sube is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, content posted by other users, or AI recommendations.

8. Modifications & Termination

• We may modify, suspend, or terminate the app or services at any time with or without notice.
• We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sube operates.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sube will be resolved through binding arbitration where allowed by law.
